Our policy aims at providing you every detail in a general way so that you can know everything before you buy our products. We have recently modified our policy and we happily request your co-operation for abiding these clauses. In case of Return or Exchange product must be returned in original packing and condition with tags attached, we offer 25 days money back or exchange guarantee (except for shipping costs).
Due to different sizing standards currently present globally, buyer can tend to select wrong size by mistake.
We process your order(s) exactly to your selected size and colors; hence, your order will not be subjected to
refunds/returns/exchange as a consequential of ordering incorrect sizes and colors. This clause is applicable for both the standard and custom product(s). So it is exceptionally important that you crosscheck your measurements carefully before placing an order. We will not be able to provide refund or exchange in this particular case. Custom made Product and Special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. These products are particularly ready for you and cannot be returned however alterations can be made to them after paying very nominal charges usually varying $8 to $12, depending on the alteration required.
Damaged or altered products are also not returnable. Therefore, it's especially important that products are checked upon receiving. Please contact us prior to returning/exchanging a product. We will give you a return support to ensure that your return/exchange is accepted.
Any requisition for order cancellation will be entertained strictly as per the clauses mentioned below:
a) Order cancellation request that is sent within 3 days of your order confirmation will result into a direct/flat deduction of 25% from your ordered item amount.
b) Order cancellation request that is sent within a week or 7 days of order confirmation will result into a deduction of 45 from your ordered item amount.
c) NO requests for order cancellation whatsoever will be entertained after 7 days of your order confirmation.
